Coronavirus – COVID-19
With growing concerns regarding the Coronavirus in our community Homes By Budget Real Estate has been weighing options on how to best protect our Staff, Contractors, Tenants and Property Owners while trying to maintain business as usual.
• INSPECTIONS – If you are due for a Routine Inspection and you or someone in the household is ill, please advise our office so that the inspection can be rescheduled. If our agents deem it unsafe to complete your inspection on the set date please be mindful that there may be cancellations at late notice, we appreciate your co-operation if this is required.
• OFFICE ATTENDANCE – If you or someone in your immediate social network has been exposed, is diagnosed with Coronavirus or showing symptoms, please do not attend our office and advise us immediately via email and/or phone.
• MAINTENANCE – Maintenance needs to be reported via text or email, additionally should any member of the household be ill, we require knowledge to advise our trades persons. Phone – 07 5464 4174 or 0400 051 280 Email – homesbybudget@hotmail.com.
Please be aware that with the current unknown there may be longer wait times in which maintenance will be attended to which may be out of our control, we appreciate your patience if this be the case.
During this time communication via email or Facebook will be appreciated to avoid large amount of phone traffic if we are understaffed during this time.
